An intensive investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security Number (SSN) is being used by President Obama: Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, immigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 (Obama’s current SSN) rec’d on or about March 1977. Mr. Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut.

This was a story that reported months ago and got warped into Ludwig having BO's SS number. The original story and research into this person was that he was issued a number from Conn. and died in Hawaii. The purpose was to see if there was any connection to Madelyn Dunham. Ludwig does not have BO's number. Ludwigs number is 045-26-8722 and can be seen on the Social Security death index.
