He had a conceal permit an d was justified carrying it anywhere he liked- Zimmerman also wasn’t ‘indifferent to martin’s safety’ because he didn’t have his gun out wavign it at martin, and also because he didn’t initiate contact wityh martin- martin criminally assaulted zimmerman first, so it was martin who was indifferent to zimmerman’s safety- I hoep she does go that route- it WILL backfire on her
The gun charges are just an add-on to enhance sentencing. If he is not convicted of murder, he won’t be convicted on those, either. They have to do with using or brandishing in the commission of the crime.
