My personal belief is while a citizen is on welfare / gov’t hand outs; they should not be allowed to vote.
No question that should be the case.
However, with half the country not paying ANY income tax, they are what keep their benefactors continuously re-elected, to keep the gravy flowing from the self-reliant, responsible folks who actually WORK for a living.
How do you get a "Tax Rebate", when you paid no taxes in the first place? (The answer: VOTE DEMOCRAT)
