I wonder what will be racial makeup of the jury.
Well the jury must have some “white-hispanics” otherwise Zimmerman is not being judged by a jury of HIS peers.
Jurors will be biased and/or scared.
Would any black juror dare to find Zimmerman not guilty?
If the Jury isn’t all black the blacks will riot. This will be an OJ Simpson Jury. If they aren’t black they can be radical liberals from hell. Or Rachel Maddow look alikes.

Well, if Mr. Zimmerman gets a good attorney. He/she will keep as many Blacks off as possible. I suspect that only three of the twelve will be black.
Proving 2nd Degree murder to a jury, beyond a reasonbably doubt, is an extreme uphill battle. I’m surprized the prosecutor didn’t go for a lesser charge. Although I have read she is a “hang-um high” prosecutor not afraid to go for a tough prosecution; normally an admirable trait. Whatever, she won’t be able to prove all the elements required for 2nd Degree Murder in Florida. She will not just a conviction.
While Mr. Zimmerman will be put through a ringer....he will not be convicted of 2nd Degree Murder.
His apparent erratic behavior is consistent with someone that is feeling greef over having to take a life. That speaks well of him, and shows he is not of “depraved mind with no regard for human life” required for a 2nd Degree murder conviction.
