Gingrich proposes to make them do their JOB instead of legislating from the bench.
Wrong. He said as President HE will be the final word of what is Constitutional or not, not the SC. He has said that as President, he would have the authority to ignore any SC ruling he didn’t like. He has said Congress could abolish certain courts altogether. He has said if federal judges make a ruling he doesn’t like, said judges should be hauled into Congress to explain themselves, and if they don’t appear, they should be arrested. Yes, indeed, Gingrich would do away with the Founding Fathers system of govt.

Back that up with a link.
I've heard him speak on this several times and NEVER heard him say anything that remotely sounds like what you claim.
I notice that you didn't deny that SCOTUS is out of control.

Your "paraphrase" is over-reaching.
Newt Gingrich says he'd defy Supreme Court rulings he opposed
Newt Gingrich says as president he would ignore Supreme Court decisions that conflicted with his powers as commander in chief,
snip
Relying on those precedents, Gingrich said that if he were in the White House, he would not feel compelled to always follow the Supreme Court's decisions on constitutional questions. As an example, he cited the court's 5-4 decision in 2008 that prisoners held by the U.S. at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, had a right to challenge their detention before a judge.
