I would think after the Casey Anthony case that alone would make Florida look bad, this even tops THAT..Corey is just after her 15 min of fame, disgusting isn’t it..maybe she’s charging him with 2nd degree murder because that way she can say she did her job no matter what happens

Probably the only ‘smart’ thing she’s doing. If she charged him with 1st degree murder (ie. premeditated), she should have to ‘prove’ a motive like racism, which is extremely hard to do.
