WASHINGTON (AP) — The parents of Trayvon Martin say charges against George Zimmerman in the fatal shooting their son would start the healing process, but they won't stop fighting until he's convicted.

Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton, tells The Associated Press that right now she and Martin's father "can't get past our son being murdered and no one being arrested."

From all that I have seen so far it looks as though Zimmerman defended himself, but I am sure I do not have all the facts just as nobody does at this point.

You need to do a little more research....if Z had gone “all Charlie Bronson”....he would have chased the little thug down....he was returning to his car and didn’t know where M was (as he stated on the recording with the police)...when he was hit by M....that’s ONE story.....sure, there may be other stories, but before CONVICTING him, you might want see all the facts get out. Ever lived in a neighborhood with an association? We ALL watch out for UNUSUAL stuff....no, we don’t walk around with guns, but we don’t live in Sanford FL either, or where there is high crime.

It makes NO DIFFERENCE where you live you need some probable cause to decide to pursue an individual walking down the street. And Zimmerman has never mentioned any evidence of a crime he saw that influenced his decision to pursue Martin

Why would a 17 yr old kid go attack the guy? That’s MY question.

And here is one answer: Zimmerman feeling full of power with that gun in his pocket decides to force Martin to the ground in a felony prone position and the kid decided hell no.

Just because he was looking at him? Wondering what he was doing there? There’s MORE to this story, and I think you know that.

All the “evidence” is Not out there yet...or ... maybe you think it is.

Maybe you can agree that Zimmerman is telling the side of the story that makes him look good. He definitely is not telling Martin's version of events. Plus remember: All these supposed eyewitnesses only saw the END of the struggle. What we do know is that Zimmerman made a decision to pursue Martin and that led to the chain of events that left a person lying dead in the streets.

If Obammy thought he was winning in this circus he would still be out front of it. Unfortunately, the Klan with a tan (the black panthers, ie. holder’s “people”) showed up and put a price on Zimmerman’s head and spouted out all the diversity hate doctrines againt white hispanics.

If she “can’t get past” him being “murdered”, then she’ll never get past anything, because there is absolutely no chance he’ll ever be convicted of murder. Manslaughter, or a violation of her son’s civil right to assault people for calling the police when they see him casing their neighborhood is the most they’ll ever get. And a conviction of either of those two would be a miscarriage of justice.

From what I read, there had been 8 or 9 burglaries/break-ins in the apartment complex area in the past several months. So it is not out of the question that he would be concerned about someone “acting suspiciously”, in whatever connotation that has. It sounds like George was interested in keeping their neighborhood/complex area safe and in having a presence (along with others?) to discourage criminals from lurking there.

Second, you can rest assured that the Jury (if it even comes to a Trial, which, based on the EVIDENCE, may be a token move to calm down the parasites and Black Panthers) will be an OJ Jury, voting "Guilty" because the blackness of the victim is all that matters to them.

Sanford itself is about 30% black, but Seminole County is only 11% black.

In a GATED COMMUNITY, a Neighborhood Watch person observes a black youth, face hidden in a hoodie, wandering through and follows him to see that he's not up to "no good".

Then, the black Yewt decides to confront the white person following him, and proceeds to use his superior size to beat him to a pulp.

After bashing the white Watch person's head on the ground, and breaking his nose, too, the white person fears for his life (not un-expectedly) and pulls out his LEGAL gun and defends himself.

Now, what part of "Neighborhood Watch" are you having trouble with?
