good afternoon hoosiermama...wonder if someone from fla could help me. It is my understanding Zimmerman will not face simple manslaughter but aggravated manslaughter, the aggravating factor being Martin’s age..same as if he had shot a police officer....this carries minimum 25 to life. But wish someone from fla could confirm this.
