I can’t think of any crime with which Zimmerman should be charged. He was punched in the nose and the guy was slamming his head into the concrete—how could firing his gun not be deemed to constitute self-defense? Well, the prosecutor was able to avoid having to go to a grand jury by not chargiong him with murder, but Zimmerman will still face a jury of his peers from Sanford, FL, and the prosecutor better bring some real evidence, not a bunch of 5-year-old pictures and stories about Skittles and iced tea.
I’m not getting either.
Then again White Hispanics are remarkably violent....
