I dehydrate my own, when I get good deals and have an excess of what I can consume. Just like our ancestors. Imagine that. Those guys were pretty smart.

In before the ping (IBTP). I do both. This years garden should be interesting. I’m putting an experiment involving an automating raised garden system to the test. Will report as it progresses. I prep not so much for my immediate family, but the knowledge of having many dependents if the SHTF. I’ll need a lot of Zanax if that is the case. Not for the SHTF, but for the extended family. ;-)
