Very disappointed although I expected as much. When they can’t rule on the evidence the judges just make it up. The judges break more rules than the litigants. I guess when you can’t fight fair, you cheat.
On to the appellate division. Mario must be disappointed but he knows what judges are capable of.
Maybe its too far fetched to still think there might be one honest judge left in this country. very sad.
