Are you not familiar with the $50 abortions he implemented in Romneycare? Or the fact that Romney - until he decided he wanted to be president - not only supported politically but PERSONALLY donated to Planned Parenthood? Or the fact that he described HIMSELF as pro choice, again, up until he decided to run for President. Or do you believe he had a sincere conversion....at age 60?
Are you not aware that his judicial nominations were almost entirely leftist? That 3/4's of them were Democrats and the few Republicans he nominated were of the RINO country club variety?
With all due respect, the only things you have to hang your hat on to support these statements are his recent statements. There's nothing in nearly 60 years of his life to suggest there's any sincere commitment to those ideas on his part.

Romney’s sin were opportunistic patronization, NOT ideological hatred for America.
Romneycare was a State level experiment that failed, and he has clearly stated his intent to overturn Obamacare.
Romney is now Pro-Life. Many of today’s strongest Pro-Life advocates were once abortionists themselves. Too bad your bias won’t allow for that.
Judicial appointments were constrained by what was possible.
