That’s exactly what it sounds like to me, based upon the so-called Gov’s (probably scared crapless) “reported concerns”. What a lousy way to conduct elected office. He ought to be recalled, not Gov Walker. JMO.
Norm is a sacrifical lamb for the show trial. It’s all good, comrade. Not.
Maybe he just figured that when the case came to trial he would be in middle of his election campaign, it has the potential to lose him white votes and not gain black ones. So he was just looking out for number one.
