No, she had control the minute she was assigned to review it. That is the authority that comes with her job. You were trying to characterize her statement as if it were something that just came out today so it must mean something. That's hooey because she said she didn't need a grand jury right from the start.

If you want to say she will be political then you're playing right into the race pimp's hands. She's a Republican and the Gov who chose her is Republican. If she's going to be political what side do you think she will come down on?

This isn’t a 2nd Amendment issue. I fully support the 2nd Amendment, but I can’t say that I support Zimmerman in any way shape or form. If he’s dumb enough to go to trial, I hope the shark lady sends a clear message by getting her murder charge to stick. If his lawyer has half a brain, he’ll plea.

I have known too many prosecutors.

She dropped the grand jury because she was never going to charge first degree murder. She is going to come up with ANY other charge and amend as needed without a grand jury since one was never used.

Prosecutors live by the credo of everyone is guilty. The only question is what.

You were right. I had hoped for better from this special prosecutor but apparently she is no better than the weak-kneed RINO politicians.
