I wear a hoody if the weather is cold because my hair is thin and I can’t stand cold weather without a head cover. Why on Earth anyone wears one for any other reason other than to avoid recognition is beyond me.
I wear them but i don’t put the hood up unless weather dictates. I also always wear a cap since my hair is,in certain areas,well beyond thin.
