Not enough. From the ‘60’s on, we’ve seen the pattern in these riots. Major crowds; hiding among their “peers” with no fear of being individually identified (as a suspect or as a target). Not worth the trouble.
No, they’ll stay where they are....in their ‘hoods. They may venture into “downtown” but they are not organized. Your suggestions imply organization and planning.

We selected a cul-de-sac. No matter how many approach, they are surrounded and can't readily escape, unless they come at the back through the woods, where it's hard going and even harder to flee a rifle. We can see the entire plain of the forest through the trees for a quarter mile.
I think you’re giving way too much credit for their ability to plan, organize and implement a plan.
