I pity the fool that tries to break into my Brother-in-laws house, which is near Olypia. His wife could disassemble and reassemble an AK-47 (a real one) blindfolded as well as shoot it, before she turned 18. She shoots well too, but didn't learn to do so with a handgun until they were married and she came to the US from a former Soviet Republic. Her daughter can shoot, she's 19 now, and so can their two younger daughters ~13 and ~11. He's almost as good a shot as his grandfather was, and that was damn good. They've got plenty of guns so that each can have one. From AR's to Cowboy action pistols, rifles and shotguns, to heavy scoped rifles suitable for Moose or Caribou.
And not a one of them would hesitate to shoot an intruder either.
Like I said, I pity the poor bastards.. well almost. I'd cheer if something "unfortunate" should happen to them if they try to invade that house :)
