"God loved the world of sinners so much that He sent His eternal Son from heaven to die for sinners. (John 3:16)"

The text in Greek says so = thus, in this manner (outos-Gr.) and not "so much" ('osos -Gr.), check a concordance.

The point of the text is that God's love for the world (Cosmos -Gr.) is that he sent his Son to die for – Believers, literally "all the believing ones."

Believers are those who see (by faith the kingdom) John 3:3, and enter, (by faith) John 3:5. The cause is being born again. The order is that one is born again and therefore believes.

Jesus teaches that being born again is a spiritual resurrection of the soul John 5:25, a work of God not dependent on man. That those who come to him by faith do so because they are given to come by God's grace and drawn by it. John 6:65, 44.

So, do you believe in the resurrection of dead souls unto faith and salvation by means of faith, which is what Jesus teaches, in like manner to the resurrection of the body, which is also not dependent on man or is your confession incomplete?

Yes, I do believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Praise Jesus! Come, Lord Jesus.
