Derbyshire and Steyn were the only reasons I renewed my NR subscription for as long as I did. Both non-Americans, note.

My experiences with my first three black secretaries accords with his article:
I couldn’t tell if they were lazy or stupid, and finally came to the conclusion that they were both lazy and stupid.
He wasn’t being politically correct and neither am I.
As he states, he was almost shot and I am not with that company any longer, so it’s just the naked truth.

“Derbyshire and Steyn were the only reasons I renewed my NR subscription for as long as I did.”

That makes two of us. It’s pretty sad that now the only part of the magazine of any worth is the last page; the rest isn’t even fit for duty in the birdcages.

Derbyshire compared ethnic groups. His analysis was on point. The fact that Blacks compare unfavorably to Whites in some areas is in may instances due to the inhibitions placed on them by their adopted political party. Had they been given a proper opportunity to improve themselves, I have no doubt they would be comparable to anyone. And I say this from familiarity; not statistics.
