Romney Said He Wont Be A Cheerleader For Tax Cut Proposals He Disagrees With. According to the observer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, Romney told the delegation that he wont be a cheerleader for proposals he doesnt agree with, but I have to keep a solid relationship with the White House. Romneys Position Pleased Liberal Barney Frank. I was very pleased, Frank said afterward. Here you have a freshman governor refusing to endorse a tax cut presented by a Republican president at the height of his wartime popularity. Who's the source? Where's the quote?
Gimme some REAL info.
And, no, Romney's not my boy...never has been. Just because I can't find a quote from him doesn't mean I like him.
Actually, I limited my comment to your post topic. It’s a prime example of Politico-style BS that should rightly be shunned by conservatives. I didn’t comment on your other posts, but will if I have the urge.
He didn’t divide the Republican party. The establishment did. They are the ones telling us to take a backseat and let them drive the bus into the ditch.
We finally stood up to them in 2010. What happened? All of a sudden, the Tea Party is invisible.
No. I would not classify those as Romney supporters. Since the conservatives FAILED to put up someone electable, now it is time to be pragmatic and move the ball forward as much as possible. Another 4 years of Obama will be a complete disaster.
