That is correct, I saw an declaration from the RNC on that yesterday. That will not happen in any way, shape or form, and yet Santo is wasting his time passing a petition around anyway, thinking he can force legal Myranda. (Desperate measures, which will get worse in the coming days.)

I some times wonder if Newt is aware of the sticking power of his base?

The average conservative looks to the media to tell them that Romney is in like Flint, which extrapolates into Santorum as the only alternative, and they swallow it whole.

Those of us who WILL NOT SETTLE believe in the purpose of a state convention are not going to buy Santorum, no way, no how, until Newt says he’s out.

We need delegates for Newt, beginning at our local precinct meetings, county and then state conventions, and on to national.

Texas has not committed to anyone anywhere but by mouthing an opinion to their neighbor.

Texas gets to protest on May 29, with their primary vote and when the ballot closes at the end of the day, we show for Newt that evening in our precinct meeting, where the political sausage is still made.

I have seen one Romney sign and one Santorum sign in my Texas neighborhood.
