Liberals think Republicans and conservatives are stupid in the same manner that children (particularly teenagers) think their parents are stupid. Their comment is a reflection on their own immaturity.

I got into it with a life-long friend (teacher) about obamacare, and our relationship hasn't been the same since.

That has happened to me re: several friendships.

For many folks, liberal thinking is not so much an ideology as it is a symptom of a personality development/maturity dysfunction. Same for gays and lesbians.

That's why we get all this insanity about rainbows and skittles and solar power and windmills with libs...they are at a level of maturity that can't get beyond "make-believe."
