Just what I was thinking. Not to throw cold water on all this wild speculation, but DC turned the area upside down looking for a white shooter driving a white van or small truck and it turned out to be two black guys driving an old dark colored sedan. I think I will wait for more definitive information in this new case.
Maybe the naacp will bring in the notorious Chief Moose as a consultant. He will get to the bottom of this...that’s the ticket!
