While I believe they left out a number of unconstitutional actions (e.g., portions of NDAA, various Executive Orders), I do admire the AGs for writing this memo. Unfortunately, I don’t recall hearing a groundswell of indignation from our Congresspeople in response to this memo. Very disappointing.
