Discharge my ass! A Marines first oath upon enlistment is to support and defend the Constitution against ALL enemies foreign and DOMESTIC (on the other hand Obama could qualify as foreign as well) and THEN his oath is to the POTUS not the other way around! This Marine did absolutely nothing wrong, the Constitution is CLEARLY being attacked by this current administration and this Marine should be promoted for following his oath.
It’s not the job of a soldier to determine that policy is threatening the Constitution. It is their job to defend from attacks in the physical realm. Otherwise, you could constantly have soldiers on either side claiming the Constitution is under attack.
