Its now up to the Florida Supreme court to decide whether undocumented immigrants are allowed to be lawyers in the state. Regan McCarthy reports the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is asking the Court for its opinion.
Jose Godinez-Samperio came to the United States on a visitors visa with his family as a young boy. When the visas expired, the family stayed. He became an Eagle Scout and graduated top of his class from high school. Now, as a Florida State University law school graduate, he wants to be a lawyer, but there are questions about whether he can be granted a license. Sandy DAlemberte is representing him in a case before the Florida Supreme Court.

A non-citizen in Mexico (even legally there) is not permitted to protest.
Additionally, according to Mexico’s Presidente, they “send back them” when they find illegal immigrants.
Mexico is complicit in the invasion of the United States. They are encouraged to vote in both countries elections. They send billions of dollars into the Mexican economy (and likely sponge off the welfare state in America because they have deprived themselves of the income the collected here and sent HOME).

Since he and his family have been dodging the law all their lives, let him try his hand at the unlicensed practice of law.
He should be good at it.
Of course he should be allowed a license to practice law
in his home country where he is a citizen.
Now if only we had a few Mexican congressmen tunneling in, then you'd see the borders close real quick : p
I think this Eagle Scout guy and Marco Rubio should be heading up the Republican Party Ticket in November! Granted, neither of them is a Negro or Mulatto, but in all fairness they should nor be held back from the top job in this country. There is one thing that is bothering me. Minor matter really. Neither was born in Hawaii, and my Republican Congressman tells me this is a qualification for the office.
They shall be doing the jobs no Natural Born Citizen wants to do, or apparently can do. I say go for it.
I’d like to talk to the Board of Review who gave him his Eagle. I hope they didn’t know his status.
He has the “Border Bounding” Merit Badge. He also helped an old woman cross the border in heavy traffic. Hopefully, he will organize a scrap drive and cleanup of the border region. It’s a mess!
All illegal aliens should be deported. No perks for any of them.
