To: RC one

Virtually all government statistics are years behind. It is probably nothing more than a fluke. It could be a couple of more years before 2008 data is available. I left the employ of the federal government without ever seeing the results of my work in the statistics for my department, for five years after I left.

health statistics are typically very current though. I’m sure I could look up how many people died from heart attacks in 2008-2012. I’m sure I could also look up up how many people died from influenza, HIV, lung cancer, etc- but not suicide. Fluke my ass. no offense.
