So Liberal film productions don’t move to the other states.

Hollywood liberals go to where its easiest to do business and to where the tax breaks and cash incentives are.

Takes away the incentive for frivolous litigation. Those who produce, earnest seek a good day’s work for good pay and actually show up *cough* Keith Olbermann *cough* have no need for such stupid litiguousness.
