I believe she bought the ticket and has given it to someone she thinks she can trust so that that person will cash it for her.

Good luck. I also suspect that Maryland will look closely at whoever turns in the ticket to see if there is any connection with any McDonald's employee.

That's a good theory. She has a ticket that was purchased as part of a workplace lottery pool and now she's trying to keep it all for herself.

Yup something like that. She wants all the money and not payoff the people in her pool who will sue her. Recently one such person was sued by her office pool and had to split her millions with them.....She was taken to court and lost. She was not allowed to collect until the court case was settled
