It appears if your unemployment rate drops enough for the Administration to think the sheeple will forget the bad economy, then federal extensions end.And this is a bad thing? Probably the most sensible policy I've seen from this administration.

So Walker has IMPROVED the WI economy to the degree that more people don’t NEED unemployment $. And this is a BAD thing? Shouldn’t the WH be celebrating Obama’s policies WORKING?

I think the net result will be that state that lose this funding will find their unemployment numbers accelerate downward. People are going to take jobs they need instead of riding out benefits looking for the job they want.
Structurally I think the norm for unemployment will still be higher than what we are used to as employers still worry about Obamacare.
