I used to love to shout when I was much younger and it was very effective back then....LOL.
I don’t like being lied to so I shout. In a situation with Sprint right now. Wrote nasty letters to FCC etc. Sprint called to “resolve” the issue. I double checked what they said and they lied. More letters are called for. And I won’t be as polite on the phone next time.
