In the case before this Court - Physician Hospitals of America v. Sebelius, o . 11-4063 1 -we have argued that this Court lacks jurisdiction to hear the case.

I have never, ever, EVER heard that this was part of Obama's arguments. The Supreme Court lacks jurisdiction to hear a case about a FEDERAL law that affects EVERY American?
