Let 'em riot. In '68 it did nothing but scare scads of voters into the Nixon camp (and boy, the more I watch Romney speak, does he ever remind me of Nixon)

You’ve nailed the disquiet I feel about Romney. Like Nixon, Romney won’t be screwed with(which will please the military hawks) but scratch his surface and he is as “pink” as Nixon ever was!
(Makes me wonder if they’ll try to clone Kissinger!)
