To: Sub-Driver
Is there any law at all which keeps blacks from opening businesses in DC? Regulations which give preferential treatment to Asians over blacks? Or is it a cultural issue, in which case Barry should be holding up a mirror to his own culture rather than pointing a finger at Asians.

The real question is whether Marion Barry's brain is messed up by too much crack or not enough of it today.

No, there's no law that keeps blacks from opening businesses but that's not the problem; the problem is there's no law that takes the Asian businesses away from the Asians and gives them to the blacks. Comprende?
