I agree with your sentiments.
Wen I was weighing supporting Newt, I was actually shocked at the cruel taunting coming from his fans here. How could Santorum be all of the horrible things they say about him, yet Gingrich so holy and mighty? it’s been several months of “my guy good. Your guy really bad.” around here. I hated it do much that I tried to temper my own responses about my candidate.
I’ve been very honest about why I did not support Gingrich, but not mean. Just honest about why I think of him a certain way.
While I lurked I read things that were bizarre and personally vicious, so I appreciated the efforts of several posters to keep their eyes on the ball: we are in this together to fight Obama.
