When has John McCain ever supported Abortion at the level that Romney has? When McCain voted against a resolution calling for Roe v Wade to be repealed and when he voted for pro-abort judges on SCOTUS. And so it goes. Romney will make a more conservative president than McCain would have been, in particular on economic issues, because McCain was just plain out to lunch there.
