No, Obama knows exactly what he is doing and he doesnt believe what he says half the time, and to a large exent it's working. If he was stupid he wouldnt have kicked congressional Republicans behinds all last year.

Rush is 100% correct on this, although I think this specific attack is largely to keep the Democratic liberal base fired up behind him. Yesterday I wrote and posted twice :
