While conservatives were tiptoeing around the racialist machine was stomping the law, the election, and reason underfoot. The truth is, the left stole the march on reason and those conservatives who would uphold the rule of law and deplore lynch mobs.
Actually, conservatives were not nearly so pious as they were pusillanimous, knowing that the media would blitz the matter and those who held truth up would get their head shot off for exposing themselves above the parapet of lies.
There is a blowback of sorts but on the whole the electorate is left confused and ignorant concerning the facts of the matter, especially if they are not regular consumers of Fox News. The vital portion of the electorate which decides elections, the independents, are left in a welter of lies and guilt.

What should then be our response? Outside of buying a major news network and replacing it with real journalists, how can we ever hope to compete in the minds of the independents?
I see the ugly side of racial politics daily, and our side is absolutely clueless.
