Punching and kicking repeatedly is not part of the game, it’s assault with intent to cause bodily harm.
We don’t “play” like this in American Football.
The article doesnt say that, and the picture shows him laying down with his helmet on.
And while punching is not part of the game, I think its a suspendible offense. Not a legal matter.
