Your inability to argue against the points I raise or defend your ludicrous formulation doesn't speak well of your intelligence.
Moreover this isn't about me or my intelligence level - it is about your mistaken impression about what constitutes treason and your ignorance of the Constitution.
Treason shall consist of taking up arms against the USA or in giving its enemies aid and comfort - that would be MATERIAL aid and comfort to those of you in Rio Linda.
But go on suggesting that anybody who supports divorce, affirmative action, and doesn't think teacher led Christian prayer in school is a traitor - it immediately identifies you for what you are - a reactionary with no knowledge or respect for the U.S. Constitution.
I think you are missing the point.
My argument is air tight under the premise that Communism is the enemy of a democratic republic.
Another way to articulate the premise is to say Big Government is the exact opposite of the Government as formulated under the rules of the Constitution.
If you accept the premise that Communism is the enemy, then anything that provides aid,(ie:the citizen’s money) and comfort(ie:laws or lack of enforcing laws) is therefor equal to treason.
If one doesn't think Communism is the enemy of the Constitution and Republic, then my argument doesn't prevail.
