Guilty! I think it’s something about the Haitian culture that makes them scammers. There’s one who lives in my neighborhood and she was a big scammer—even got arrested for mortgage fraud. Of course she blamed her husband, but her brother got busted too.

Guilty! I think it’s something about the Haitian culture that makes them scammers.I'd think having scamming skills is the only way you can survive in Haiti. Same with Somalis. Yet leaders of both parties have decided we need to import tens of thousands of them to our shores.
