It’s of a piece with the way they commit gun crime-the “drive-by shooting”. It doesn’t take any skill whatsoever, just a cowardly savage animal disregard for innocent human life. Infants and toddlers are often victims. The feral animal perpetrators don’t care. It reminds me of the way children are raped as a “cure” for AIDS in Africa, or hacked to death with machetes. Just savage.
