The reply can only be that he agrees with the doctrine of judicial review. This will then be entered into the court record and anytime Obama starts his Chicago punk bad mouthing of the Courts, the document will be referred to as documentation that Obama's OWN Attorney General, Holder, agrees that laws passed by Congress and signed by the President are subject to be modified or overturned by the Courts.

If Holder says anything differently, the Court can openly question his qualifications and competency as Attorney General, and in theory, exclude him from any further contact with the Federal Courts.

It's a trap, and Obama and Holder know it! HA HA HA!

Is that a fact? Or just something that the media put out while holder finds another rock to hide under?

The only contact that POS usually has with the law is the lame excuses he makes for his own gross malfeasance. This one's going to be the Mother of All Coyote Jobs.
