That's the question I have always had in all of this. Even if every single one of these points is eventually proved true beyond doubt, would anyone in a position to do anything really take any action? I kind of doubt it. My guess is that most will just shrug their shoulders as if to say, well, that's the way that one went, the election is over, and kind of walk away mumbling. Sure, a few brave, lonely souls (i.e., Arpaio, some on FR, and others) will continue to cry in the wilderness, file lawsuits that the courts will toss out (the courts don't exist to dispense justice in this country anymore), and preach to the choir. But I have a feeling the majority of the sheeple, as they always do, will let their eyes glaze over, and go back to a beer by the TV. We talk a lot on FR about torches and pitchforks and marching on the Capitol, but, seriously, how many out there really think this will happen? Unless it really hits home personally, most people are inclined to continue to live their quiet lives, slave away at their jobs, raise their kids, and try to keep a low profile. They're not cowards, just incapable of seeing any real, practical way out of the dilemma.

This is really the first argument I have heard regarding obama’s lack of citizenship that actually makes sense.

I have a close relative that works as a reporter for one of the largest financial newspapers and news services in the world.

This relative states that most reporters are highly compartmentalized, they have ethics rules that do not allow them to influence one another on what they think should be reported. And their assignments have to be authorized by an editor.

If a news service or newspaper were to have 1000 reporters and editors, it would only take silencing 1 or 2 of them in order to silence all the remaining.

If an editor says drop the story, the story is dropped.

If the editor’s boss says to drop a story, the story is dropped.

If the corporate news executive says to the editor’s boss to drop the story, the story is dropped.

If the corporate news executive is threatened with suspension of license to broadcast or print certain news, that news is not reported.

Indeed all along these chains of authorities, people are not willing to risk their jobs to expose the truth. On the other hand, they don’t have the information to weigh where the truth might lead or to know with confidence what is accurate.

I think if Sheriff Arpaio makes headway with his investigation, this could gather momentum in much the same way that Watergate gathered momentum. At some point the press will no longer be able to ignore what is going on and the momentum will begin to build to a crescendo.

My question ... this past Saturday (3/31) Sheriff Joe Arpaio with Cold Case Posse Lead investigator Mike Zullo addressed a group of Tea Party types at a rally in the Pheonix area ... ostensibly, as I understood it, to bring us up to date on their ongoing investigation.
