Maybe those boys were acting out their frustration about the legacy of slavery and Jim Crow and all that.
Maybe they are acting out their frustration at being raised in the ghetto by baby mamas with their hands full. Maybe they are acting out frustration about grappling with poverty as they have grown up.
Whatever the case, I’m sure they have some liberal excuse.
