There is so much bad stuff out there girl, I back up with thumb drives once a month on important new things. I have a lot, I consider, in *My Documents* and it is still under 3 Gb.
You could easily back up *My Documents*, I think, to a 8 Gb thumb drive (approx. $25).
If you go that route, make sure to scan it with an anti-virus before you install it in a new operating system install because you could re-infect the new OS install.

I think that’s all I want to save. I’m more than willing to dump everything else and start anew. I have complete access to my email on this computer and I can access other accounts through this one too, so “let ‘em go” is my thinking right now.
