I guess what I meant was that if all Obama needs to do is criticize the SCOTUS, resulting in a reversal of their decision, then he is all-powerful. He then controls the executive and judicial branches of government.

Most here think its extremely unlikely nobama will be able to intimidate the SCOTUS into going his way and instead its likely his strongarming may turn a “maybe” into a “throw it all out”.

Am bettin if the prelim vote was heavy against nobamacare, kagan then recused herself to ward off furure impeachment. Being most junior, she would have been last to vote and could have easily recused as it came down the line. We may not know of her move until the ruling is handed down.
