Sigh...I have such problems with Russians in NYC (I haven’t seen so many since the 1980s); I can definitely believe they make the worst ANYTHING in the world.

Likewise dear. If you’re ever around the corner of 6th.Ave. and 42.nd. St. there’s a building right there on the corner, a glass and steel one with the Grace Building next to it. My father was the project manager in charge of renovating that building. I worked as a ‘’hard hat’’ on that job in the early 80’s. He also was in charge of many other projects in the City, The Uris Theater, the Home Insurance Building,The J.C. Penny Building( The “J.C’’. stand for James Cash. My Dad knew him fairly well.) . My Dad had quite a career in construction management.
