I believe it. Bill hated Obamo and took passive aggressive jabs at him during his Presidential campaign even after he won the nomination and Hillary was named as SOS.
If, and I mean IF, Zero was be tossed as an ineligible POTUS I believe Hillary is next in line. So why not keep your enemies close and demand the SoS job? At some later point maybe a leak happens, maybe those leaks have already happened but of course they never see the light of day or your a conspiracy nut.
