LMAO! Yes they were all pioneers, but this is not the northwest territory. I'm asking about current law that in fact just cost a secretary of state his job because of residency requirements.

Keep in mind that the “Lugar family farm” is adjacent to the Indianapolis International Airport. Nobody actually lives there.
